The Global Forum on Law, Justice and Development invites you to attend a Colloquium to present and discuss the evolution and impact of the “OECD Guidelines”, the World Bank’s “integrity agenda” with its spillover effect on the private sector and two  innovative models of doing business: the “Plan d’Action pour la Croissance et la Transformation des Entreprises” (PACTE) and, the “Human-Centered Business Model”, with a special focus on their links to the OECD Guidelines and the WB integrity agenda.
