Poland’s Anti-Constitutional Backslide


Wojciech Sadurski’s new book Poland's Constitutional Breakdown is the first book-length case study on the Polish
situation and critique on illiberal democracy. The book provides a lens to view the global shift away from liberal
democracy and towards populism and anti-constitutional actions.

This event is the first workshop of CLIW that is the Comparative Law Initiative in Washington D.C. hosted by AU
