Intellectual Property in support of the Post-2015 Development Agenda and Sustainable Development

This session—after framing selected dimensions of global public interest intellectual property—discussed the creation of this new Community of Practice, IP and Gender, COHRED’s Fairness IndexTM (CFI) and its Fair Research Contracting (FRC) initiative in the health research setting, IP in support of the development agenda and sustainable development, and multisectoral approaches. The panel included representatives from NGOs, private law firms doing global pro bono, and multilateral organizations.
